AUBURN TOWN BOARD TO MEET

 

The Auburn Town Board will meet at

the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 St. Hwy 64,

on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 7 p.m.

 

The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:

Call to order, roll call, reading of the minutes and approval, review of permit

applications with possible action to approve, financial report,

audit bills and authorize payment, correspondence, public comment,

sand mine update, Meyer’s tree removal, discussion and possible action

on the recommendation from the Plan Commission as to the Termination of

the DRT mining agreement, update on dumpster day, maintenance update and needs,

appoint New Auburn fire department reps, discussion and possible action concerning fixing the 6400 tractor and brush mower,  set agenda, and adjourn.

Any changes to the agenda will be posted at the Auburn Town Hall and Town

website– www.townofauburn.net up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

 

Please also note:  A quorum of Plan Commission members

may also be present at this meeting.

Dumpster Day

SPRING CLEAN-UP DAY

 

 May 5, 2018 ~ SATURDAY – 9A.M.-1 P.M.

                                 A dumpster is scheduled to be available at the Auburn Town Hall

3826 State Highway 64, from 9 am – 1pm, on Saturday, May 5, 2018.

This is for the convenience of each of our Town of Auburn residents

who have non-recyclable, non-household trash ONLY.   A list of

items that can/can not be dumped is posted at the Town Hall and on the

Town website at www.townofauburn.net.

Dumpsters in the future will be the FIRST Sat of May and October.

 FROM OUR TOWNSHIP ARE NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

NOTICE:  The Town of Auburn has the right to clear ditches 33’ from the center line

TOWN OF AUBURN ASSESSMENT ROLL IS AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment roll for the Town of Auburn ( aka Open Book) will be available on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 3-5 P.M at the Auburn Town Hall located at 3826  State Highway 64, Bloomer, WI .  The assessor of the Town of Auburn will be present during this time.

will be held in the Auburn Town Hall

at 7:00 P.M.

 

Possible agenda items include:  Call meeting to order, roll call,

reading of the minutes, financial report, review of road work,

compensation of elected officials and/or town employees,

 other items of concern, and adjourn.

 

This is a public meeting of the town electors.  Residents are encouraged to come and participate in the meeting.

the two who’s terms are completed, maintenance update and needs,

The Plan Commission will be holding a meeting on

 

Wednesday, March 21, 2018

 

at the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 State Highway 64, Bloomer, WI .

The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.

 

The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:  call to order,

roll call, reading of the minutes of the last meeting, public comment, appointment of

Plan Commission chairman and secretary, discussion and possible

recommendation to the Board concerning DRT sand mine request to pull

their contract with the town and be reimbursed for the impact fee.

 

This is an open meeting meaning that all interested persons are welcome to attend.

Any changes or additions to the agenda will be posted at the Town Hall at least
