AUBURN TOWN BOARD TO MEET
The Auburn Town Board will meet at
the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 St. Hwy 64,
on WEDNESDAY,
May 10, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:
Call to order, roll call, Open road bids and possibly take action to hire to patch cracks
on 220th W. of Q, 52nd Ave and 232nd Ave, review of permits and possibly take
action to approve, reading of the minutes and approval financial report, audit
bills and authorize payment, correspondence, public comment, sand mine updates,
update on road plans and construction, update on dumpster day,
discussion and possible action on written policy as to what qualifies
for meeting per diems and/or hourly pay for town officials on salary and
other employees, discussion and possible action on the maintenance of the
New Auburn cemetery on Hwy Q, discussion and possible action on fire department
appointees for 2017, discussion and possible action on Plan Commission appointees
for the one-year term, discussion and possible action on Bill Waldbuesser’s PVG with sand companies, set agenda for the next meeting and adjourn.
Any changes to the agenda will be posted at the Auburn Town Hall and Town
website– www.townofauburn.net up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Please also note: A quorum of Plan Commission members
may also be present at this meeting.
