AUBURN TOWN BOARD TO MEET
The Auburn Town Board will meet at
the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 St. Hwy 64,
on WEDNESDAY,
February 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:
Call to order, roll call, sign amended
reading of the minutes and approval financial report, audit bills and
authorize payment, correspondence, public comment, sand mine updates,
insurance policy with fudiciary insurance listed
decision, Code Enforcement Officer report on Hwy Q property, deny/approve Code
Enforcement Officer’s recommendation to double fees for
delinquent building/driveway permits, trailer purchase decision, updates on electronic
building permits, brushing ditches, phone purchase, closed session – Under Wi Stats 19.85(1) (g) To confer with
legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted
by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding the
Waldbuesser property value guaranty with DRT Sands, approve/deny the recommendation
of the PC to do nothing until a legal decision is made regarding who is
responsible for the Waldbuesser PVG,
set agenda for the next meeting and adjourn.

website– www.townofauburn.net up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Please also note: A quorum of Plan Commission members
may also be present at this meeting.
