July 13, 2016 Board Meeting Notice

AUBURN TOWN BOARD TO MEET

The Auburn Town Board will meet at
the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 St. Hwy 64,
on WEDNESDAY,
July 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.

The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:
Call to order, roll call, reading of the minutes and approval, financial report,
audit bills and authorize payment, correspondence, public comment,
sand mine updates, review road improvement plan for 2016,
review and discussion with possible decision concerning purchasing a new
truck or fixing our old one, propane pre-pay, Waldbuesser property value guaranty with Preferred Sands and DRT Sands,LLC, discussion, Moos driveway permit,
set agenda for the next meeting and adjourn.

Any changes to the agenda will be posted at the Auburn Town Hall and Town
website– www.townofauburn.net up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Please also note: A quorum of Plan Commission members
may also be present at this meeting.

Public attendance and comments are encouraged.

July 13, 2016 Special Board Meeting

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE

The Board of the Town of Auburn will be meeting for a special meeting on

Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 6 P.M.

The purpose of this meeting will be to open and possibly award bids on the

following road construction projects this summer:

* Project Site 250th – seal-coat – 320 feet

* Project Site 250th – seal-coat – 1.01 miles

* Project Site 250th – Overlay .7 miles

* Project Site 30th St – Wedging

* Project Site – 225th – Culvert Patch

* Project Site – 220th – Culvert Patch

The agenda for this meeting will be call the meeting to order, roll call,
open bids, award bids and adjourn.

This is an open meeting and all are encouraged to attend.
