AUBURN PLAN COMMISSION TO MEET

The Auburn Plan Commission will meet at

the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 St. Hwy 64,

on Thursday, September 5, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:

Call to Order
Roll Call
Reading of March 21, 2018 meeting minutes
Public Comment (3 minute limit; all comments must be addressed to the Plan Commission)
Discussion concerning property value guaranty and sand mine agreements
Best Sand, LLC -Tom Warnef
Road agreement with Best Sand, LLC
Teleconference call with Paul Kent regarding property value guaranty and sand mine agreements (7:30pm)
Other business
Set date and time for next Plan Commission meeting
Set agenda for next Plan Commission meeting

Any changes to the agenda will be posted at the Auburn Town Hall and Town

website– www.townofauburn.net up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Please also note: A quorum of Plan Commission members

may also be present at this meeting.
