PLAN COMMISSION MEETING

 

The Plan Commission will be holding a meeting on

 

Wednesday, February 1, 2017

 

at the Auburn Town Hall, 3826 State Highway 64, Bloomer, WI .

The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M.

 

The agenda includes, but not necessarily in this order:  call to order,

roll call, Closed Session – Under Wi Stats 19.85(1) (g) To confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding the Waldbuesser property value guaranty with DRT Sands, reading of the minutes of the last meeting, public comment, consideration of Bill Waldbuesser’s Property Value Guaranty with DRT Sands,

make recommendation concerning DRT Sand’s Property Value Guaranty

with Bill Waldbuesser, set agenda for next meeting and adjourn.

 

This is an open meeting meaning that all interested persons are welcome to attend.

Any changes or additions to the agenda will be posted at the Town Hall at least

24 hours prior to the meeting and the town website –www.townofauburn.net
